Taylor

This little family braved out the snow and cold and chose to do their pictures on I swear, THE coldest day in history. Ok, it probably wasn't the coldest, but pretty close. They were so cute and I tell ya, they are so cute to those dogs. Check out their sweaters that added little holiday cheer! :) Thanks guys for being patient on my many attempts to get my fingers to thaw and work properly!

Howard

So, I couldn't help but post all of my favorites. I really did try hard to narrow them down, but I forget that when you take pictures of adults with no kids, you get a lot more choices of really good pictures. I love this girl, she is the one who does my hair, for those of you who have asked in the past. They wanted a few family pics, so here is my attempt of trying not to make it look like engagement pictures.

So we're in our new house and trying to get used to Davis county, learning where everything is, and even where to go do photoshoots. I've heard of a lot of fun places, so I'm excited to get going again on photography.
I will be doing a handful of mini shoots for:
November 23rd
and
November 28th (yes, right after Thanksgiving)
It's short notice, but I tried to get some times open before the hustle and bustle of Christmas begins...or has it already started? :)
They will be about 25 minutes long and you will get about 8-10 images on a disc. Cost is $50.
Please email me if interested: hollymlang@gmail.com
These are just mini shoots so if you are interested in scheduling a time other than what is listed, we can work that out as well, but they will be normal prices.

Pace Family

Carrie, you have such a great looking family with adorable kids. I'm pretty honored that you chose me to take your family pictures. I loved these pictures and love how the kids are so cutely coordinated! :) Is cutely even a word?

Peterson Family...if I got your name right! :)

Ok, can this little girl be any more hip? Shay, I'm serious when I say I want that outfit. :) Anyway, another handsome little family that made my job a lot of fun. Grandma showed up just at the end to get Scout to smile big. She did a great job...I guess I need to work on my getting kids to smile skills! They just think I'm a crazy lady with a camera.

I just think these two are such beautiful/handsome kids. This was a fun shoot I did with my best bud/mentor Heidi. While Heidi rocked at the big family shots, I thought I'd have fun and try a few single shots. Having good little natural models makes it so easy. :)

October Availability
As excited as I am about closing/gutting/moving into our new house, that also means that I will be super busy for this next month. I have a few spots open on the 15th of October in the evening at an already determined location. If you are possibly interested, email me at hollymlang@gmail.com to find out the details. There is a small chance that I could open up another day for smaller sessions, but it depends on how many people are interested in October shoots. Please let me know as soon as possible so I can organize this month a bit better. Thanks!

Paisley

Ok, so I got tired of the pictures looking so grainy so I tried blowing them up to see how they worked. Cross our fingers.

But to the good stuff...check out this little girl. She was so shy at first and then all of a sudden she broke out of her shell and starting posing like crazy!!! I had so much fun tonight!

Dyer Family Part II

How cute is Leah, to let me do more of her family! :) These little boys were so stinkin cute and so willing to give me a pose.

Cute Amanda

This is Jason's cousin...well second cousin that is! She's such a babe and so tiny for being 39 weeks...yes, 39 weeks! When she got to the shoot, all she said she wanted was to get through the shoot, and then she would be totally ready to have the baby. Well, lucky for her, it was great timing and she had the baby the next day! This was my first maternity shoot, but she is such a natural model that it made it easy!

Dyer Fam

Ok, this is driving me crazy now.  Why are these pictures so grainy on the last couple of posts?  I don't understand.  If any of you have any bright ideas that will help me, I'd be happy to hear them.  It's weird because if you click on them, they don't look grainy, or at least on my screen! :)

Anyway, this is the Dyer family and they remind me a lot of my own family.  2 girls about the same ages as mine, and decided that they didn't really want their pictures taken that day.  Sounds like my own 3 year old.  The baby was such a champ, and was worn out after 2 minutes, but never made a peep, just simply fell asleep.  How can you wake a peaceful baby???  The 3 year old was so stinkin cute and just wanted to make sure that no animals came near us during the shoot.  Thanks Leah for letting me do these!

The Remaining Snow Family

Sorry, I can't figure out why they are clear on my screen, but grainy on the internet.  Really weird...or maybe I'm just not very good with the computer.

Mikayla

Meet Mikayla, my easiest and sweetest model I've ever worked with.  She decided she wanted to do some outdoor senior pictures, and I'm so honored she chose me to take them.  The whole time I just thought how lucky I would be if my little girls grow up to be just like her.  Honestly, she is just the sweetest, nicest girl I know!  Thanks Mikayla for such a fun night and for just letting me do whatever! :)
